小口徑閥門測試台--YF-FQ型焊接沉水（shuǐ）式鹽城閥門試壓機是（shì）羅浮閥門集團浙江鹽城西高泵閥有限公司在多年（nián）生產閥（fá）門檢測設備的基礎上，為解決鍛鋼閥門製造廠、閥門使用（yòng）等單位對無法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門（mén）和法（fǎ）蘭式各種（zhǒng）類閥門能在一個測試機上進行檢測試驗的要求，按照《通用閥門的壓力試驗（yàn）》和閥門的試驗（yàn）與檢測的標準規範要求，設計製造頂壓式閥門（mén）打壓機。

羅浮閥門集團浙（zhè）江西（xī）高泵（bèng）閥有限公司生產的（de）小口徑閥門測試台集液壓、機電，試壓及液體介（jiè）質貯存循環使用一體，具有結構合理、功能完善、操作方（fāng）便等（děng）特（tè）點。小口徑（jìng）閥門測試台產品廣泛應用公稱通徑DN15-100mm各類高中低壓閥門的強（qiáng）度試（shì）壓和密封性能試驗。更高密封試（shì）驗壓力32.0MPa.強度試驗48.0MPa.

小口徑閥門測試台適用於小口徑閥門通徑（jìng）：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式（shì）鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試（shì）驗。

小口徑閥門測試機主（zhǔ）要（yào）結（jié）構，軸向頂壓壓緊 

使用（yòng）介（jiè）質水(防腐水)循環使用，(氣源用（yòng）戶自備)。

配高低壓水泵，小（xiǎo）口（kǒu）徑閥門（mén）測試（shì）台壓力表顯示，讀數MPa,精（jīng）度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測試機兩側接進氣接口和24V電源插板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test.

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves)
