小口（kǒu）徑閥門測試（shì）台--YF-FQ型焊接沉水式南通閥門試壓機是（shì）羅浮閥門集團（tuán）浙江南通西（xī）高泵閥有限公司（sī）在多年生產（chǎn）閥門檢測設（shè）備的（de）基礎（chǔ）上，為解（jiě）決鍛鋼閥門製造廠、閥門使用等單位對無法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門和法蘭（lán）式（shì）各種類閥門能在（zài）一個測試機上進行檢測試驗的要求，按（àn）照《通用閥門的壓力（lì）試驗》和閥門的試驗與檢測（cè）的標準規（guī）範要（yào）求（qiú），設計製造頂壓式閥門打壓機。

羅浮閥門集團浙江（jiāng）西高泵閥有限公司生產的（de）小口徑閥門測試台集液壓、機電，試壓及液體介質貯存循環使用一體，具有結構合理、功能完善、操作方（fāng）便等特點。小口徑閥門測試台產品廣泛應用公（gōng）稱通徑DN15-100mm各類高中低壓（yā）閥門的強度試壓和密封性能試驗。更高密封試驗壓力（lì）32.0MPa.強度試驗48.0MPa.

小口徑閥門測試台適用於小口徑（jìng）閥門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法蘭（lán）式、焊接（jiē）式、內外螺紋式（shì）鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

小口徑閥門測試機主要結構，軸向（xiàng）頂壓壓緊 

使（shǐ）用介質水(防腐水)循環使用，(氣源用（yòng）戶自（zì）備)。 

使用介質水(防腐水（shuǐ）)循環（huán）使用，(氣源用戶自備)。

配高低壓水泵（bèng），小口徑閥門（mén）測試台壓力表顯示，讀數MPa,精（jīng）度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測試機兩側接進氣接口和24V電源插板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test. 

The main structures: axial press tight downwards, radial advance and retreat, working plate advance and retreat, upwards press tight 

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves) 

It fits the high and low pressure water pump, pressure meter displays, reading MPa precision 1.5 grade. 

It sets the trial pressure safe protection device.
