小（xiǎo）口（kǒu）徑閥門測試台--YF-FQ型焊接沉水式淮安閥門（mén）試壓機是羅浮閥門集團浙（zhè）江淮安西高泵閥有（yǒu）限公司在多（duō）年生產閥門檢測（cè）設備的基（jī）礎上，為（wéi）解決鍛鋼閥門製造廠、閥（fá）門（mén）使用（yòng）等單位對無法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門和法蘭式各種類閥門能在一個測試機上進行檢測試驗的要求，按照《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和閥門（mén）的試驗與檢測的標準規範（fàn）要求，設（shè）計製造（zào）頂壓式閥門打壓機。

羅浮閥門（mén）集團浙江西（xī）高泵（bèng）閥有限公司（sī）生產的小口徑閥（fá）門測試台集液壓、機電，試壓及液體介質貯存循環使用一體，具有結構合理、功能完善、操作方便等（děng）特點。小（xiǎo）口徑閥門測試台產品廣（guǎng）泛應用公稱通徑DN15-100mm各類高中低壓（yā）閥門的強度試壓和（hé）密封性能試驗（yàn）。更（gèng）高（gāo）密封試驗壓力32.0MPa.強度試（shì）驗48.0MPa.

小口徑閥門測試台（tái）適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋（wén）式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能（néng）試驗。

小口（kǒu）徑（jìng）閥門測試機主要結構，軸（zhóu）向頂壓壓緊 

使用介（jiè）質水(防腐水)循環（huán）使（shǐ）用，(氣源用戶自備)。 

使（shǐ）用介質水(防腐水)循（xún）環使用，(氣源用戶自（zì）備)。

配（pèi）高低壓水泵，小口徑閥門測試台壓力（lì）表顯示，讀數MPa,精（jīng）度（dù）1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測試機兩側接進（jìn）氣接口和24V電源插板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test. 

The main structures: axial press tight downwards, radial advance and retreat, working plate advance and retreat, upwards press tight 

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves) 

It fits the high and low pressure water pump, pressure meter displays, reading MPa precision 1.5 grade. 

It sets the trial pressure safe protection device.
