小口徑閥門測試台（tái）--YF-FQ型焊接沉水式泰安（ān）閥門試壓機是（shì）羅浮閥門集團浙江泰（tài）安西高泵閥有限公司在（zài）多年生產閥門檢測設備的基礎上，為解決鍛鋼閥門（mén）製造廠、閥門使用等單位對無法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門和法蘭式各種類閥門（mén）能（néng）在一個測試機上進行檢測試（shì）驗（yàn）的要求，按照《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和閥門的試驗與檢測的標準規範要求，設計製造頂（dǐng）壓（yā）式閥門打壓機。

羅浮閥門集團（tuán）浙江西高泵閥（fá）有（yǒu）限公司（sī）生產的小口徑閥（fá）門測（cè）試台集（jí）液壓、機（jī）電，試壓及液（yè）體介質貯存循環使用一（yī）體，具有結構合理、功能完善、操作方便等特點。小口徑閥門測試台產品廣泛應用公稱通徑DN15-100mm各類高中低壓（yā）閥門的強度試壓（yā）和密封性能試驗。更高密封試驗壓力32.0MPa.強度試（shì）驗48.0MPa.

小口徑閥門（mén）測試台適（shì）用（yòng）於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式（shì）、焊接式（shì）、內（nèi）外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓（yā）力（lì）性能試驗。

小口徑閥（fá）門測試機主要結構，軸向頂壓壓（yā）緊 

使用介質水(防腐水)循環使用，(氣源用戶自備)。

配高低壓水泵，小口徑閥（fá）門（mén）測試台壓力表顯示，讀（dú）數MPa,精度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測試機兩側接（jiē）進氣接口和24V電源插板（bǎn）。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test.

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves) 

It fits the high and low pressure water pump, pressure meter displays, reading MPa precision 1.5 grade. 

It sets the trial pressure safe protection device.
