小口徑（jìng）閥門（mén）測（cè）試台--YF-FQ型焊接沉水式錦州閥門（mén）試壓機是羅浮閥門集團浙江（jiāng）錦（jǐn）州西高泵閥有限公司在多年生產閥門檢（jiǎn）測設備的基礎上，為解決鍛鋼閥（fá）門製造廠、閥門使用等單位對無法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門（mén）和法蘭式各種類（lèi）閥（fá）門能在一個測試機上進行檢測試驗的要求（qiú），按照（zhào）《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和閥門的試驗與檢測的標（biāo）準規範（fàn）要求，設計製造頂壓式閥門打壓機。

羅浮閥門集團浙江（jiāng）西高泵閥有限公司生產的（de）小口徑閥門測（cè）試台（tái）集液壓、機電，試壓及液體介質貯存循環使用一體，具有結構合理、功能完善、操作方便等特點。小口徑閥門測試台產品廣泛（fàn）應用公稱通徑DN15-100mm各類高中低壓（yā）閥門的（de）強（qiáng）度試壓和（hé）密（mì）封性能試（shì）驗。更（gèng）高密封試驗壓力32.0MPa.強度試驗48.0MPa.

小口徑閥門測試台（tái）適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式（shì）鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

小口徑閥門測試機主要結構，軸向頂（dǐng）壓壓緊 

使用介質水(防腐水（shuǐ）)循環使（shǐ）用，(氣源用戶自備)。 

使用介質水(防腐（fǔ）水)循環（huán）使用，(氣（qì）源用戶自備)。

配高低壓水泵（bèng），小口徑閥門測試台壓力表顯（xiǎn）示，讀數MPa,精度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測試機兩（liǎng）側接進氣接口和24V電源插板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test. 

The main structures: axial press tight downwards, radial advance and retreat, working plate advance and retreat, upwards press tight 

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves) 

It fits the high and low pressure water pump, pressure meter displays, reading MPa precision 1.5 grade. 

It sets the trial pressure safe protection device.
