小口徑閥門測試台--YF-FQ型焊接沉水式五指山閥門試壓機是（shì）羅浮閥門集團浙江五指山（shān）西高泵閥有限（xiàn）公司在多年生產閥門檢測設備的基礎上，為解決鍛鋼閥門製造廠、閥門使用等單位對無（wú）法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門和法蘭式各種類閥門能在一個測試機上進行檢測（cè）試（shì）驗的要求，按照《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和閥門的試驗與（yǔ）檢測的標準規範要求，設計製造（zào）頂壓（yā）式閥門（mén）打（dǎ）壓機。

羅浮（fú）閥門集團浙江西高泵閥有限公司生產的（de）小口徑閥門測試台集（jí）液壓（yā）、機電，試壓及液體介（jiè）質（zhì）貯存循環使用（yòng）一體，具有結構合理、功能完善、操作方便等特點。小口（kǒu）徑閥門測試台產品廣泛應用公稱通徑DN15-100mm各類高中低壓閥門的強度試壓和密封性能試驗。更高密封試驗壓力32.0MPa.強度試驗48.0MPa.

小口徑（jìng）閥門測試台適（shì）用於（yú）小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式（shì）、焊接式、內（nèi）外螺紋式（shì）鍛鋼等閥門的（de）壓（yā）力性能試驗。

小口徑（jìng）閥（fá）門測試機主要結構，軸向頂壓壓緊 

使用（yòng）介質水(防腐水)循環使用，(氣源用戶自備)。 

使用介質水(防腐（fǔ）水)循環使（shǐ）用，(氣源用戶自備)。

配高低壓水泵，小口徑（jìng）閥門測試（shì）台壓力表顯示，讀數MPa,精度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測試機（jī）兩（liǎng）側接進氣接（jiē）口和24V電源插板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test. 

The main structures: axial press tight downwards, radial advance and retreat, working plate advance and retreat, upwards press tight 

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves) 

It fits the high and low pressure water pump, pressure meter displays, reading MPa precision 1.5 grade. 

It sets the trial pressure safe protection device.
