小口徑閥門測試台--YF-FQ型焊接沉水式（shì）邢台閥門試壓機（jī）是羅浮閥門集團浙江邢（xíng）台西高泵閥有限公司在多（duō）年生產閥門檢測設備的基礎上，為解決鍛鋼閥門製造廠、閥門使用等單位對無法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門和法蘭式各（gè）種類閥門能在（zài）一個測試機上進（jìn）行檢測試驗的要求，按照《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和閥門的試驗（yàn）與檢測的標準規範要求，設計製造頂壓式（shì）閥門打壓機。

羅浮閥門集團浙江西高（gāo）泵閥有限公司生產的小口（kǒu）徑閥門（mén）測試台（tái）集液壓、機電，試（shì）壓及液體介質貯存循環使用一體，具有結（jié）構（gòu）合理、功能（néng）完善、操作方便等特點（diǎn）。小口徑閥門測試台產品（pǐn）廣泛應用公稱通徑DN15-100mm各類高中低壓閥門的強（qiáng）度試壓和密封性能試（shì）驗。更高密封（fēng）試驗壓力32.0MPa.強（qiáng）度試驗48.0MPa.

小（xiǎo）口徑閥（fá）門（mén）測試台適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等（děng）閥門的壓力性能試（shì）驗。

小（xiǎo）口徑閥門測試機主要結構，軸（zhóu）向頂壓壓緊 

使用介質水(防腐水)循環使用，(氣源用戶自備)。 

使用（yòng）介質水(防腐水（shuǐ）)循環使（shǐ）用，(氣源用戶（hù）自備)。

配高低壓水泵，小口徑閥門測試台壓力表顯示，讀數MPa,精度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測試機兩側接進氣接口和24V電源插板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test. 

The main structures: axial press tight downwards, radial advance and retreat, working plate advance and retreat, upwards press tight 

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves) 

It fits the high and low pressure water pump, pressure meter displays, reading MPa precision 1.5 grade.
