小口徑（jìng）閥門測（cè）試台--YF-FQ型（xíng）焊接沉水式承德閥門試壓機是羅浮閥門集團浙江承德西高泵閥有限公司在（zài）多年生產閥門（mén）檢測設備的基（jī）礎上，為解決鍛鋼閥門製造廠、閥門使用等單位對無法蘭式（shì）J61、J63、Z61等（děng）閥門和法蘭式各種類閥門能在一個測（cè）試（shì）機上進行檢測試驗的要求，按照《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和閥門的試驗與檢（jiǎn）測的標準規範要求，設計製造頂壓（yā）式閥門打壓機。

羅浮閥門集團浙江西高泵閥有限公（gōng）司生產的小口徑閥門測試台集液壓（yā）、機電，試壓及液體介質貯存循環使用一（yī）體，具有結構合理、功能完善、操作方便等特點（diǎn）。小口徑閥門測試台產品廣（guǎng）泛應用（yòng）公稱（chēng）通徑DN15-100mm各類高中低壓閥門的強度試壓和密（mì）封性能試（shì）驗。更高密封試驗壓力32.0MPa.強度試驗48.0MPa.

小口（kǒu）徑閥門測試（shì）台適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋（wén）式鍛鋼（gāng）等閥門的壓（yā）力性能試驗。

小（xiǎo）口徑閥（fá）門測試機主（zhǔ）要結構，軸向頂壓（yā）壓緊 

使用介質水(防腐（fǔ）水)循環使用，(氣源用戶自備)。

配高低壓水泵，小口徑閥門測試台壓（yā）力表顯示，讀數MPa,精度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測試機兩側（cè）接進氣接（jiē）口和24V電源插（chā）板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test.
