小口徑閥門測試台--YF-FQ型焊接沉水式紹興閥門試（shì）壓機是羅浮閥門集團浙江紹興西高泵（bèng）閥有限公司在多年生產閥門檢測設備的（de）基礎（chǔ）上，為解決鍛鋼閥門製造廠、閥門使用等單位對無法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門和法蘭式各種類閥門（mén）能在一個測（cè）試機上進行檢測試驗的要求，按（àn）照《通用閥門的（de）壓力試驗》和閥門的試驗（yàn）與檢測的標（biāo）準規範要求，設計製造（zào）頂（dǐng）壓式閥門打（dǎ）壓機。

羅（luó）浮閥門集團浙（zhè）江西高泵閥有限公司生產的小（xiǎo）口（kǒu）徑閥門測試台集液壓、機電，試壓及液體介質貯存循環使用一體，具有結構合理、功能完善、操作方便（biàn）等特點。小口徑閥門（mén）測試台產品廣泛應用公稱通徑（jìng）DN15-100mm各類高中低壓閥門的強度試壓和密封性能試驗。更高密封試驗壓力32.0MPa.強度試驗48.0MPa.

小口徑閥門測試台適用於小口徑閥門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼（gāng）等（děng）閥門的壓力性能試驗。

小口徑閥門測試機主要結構（gòu），軸（zhóu）向頂壓壓（yā）緊 

使用介質（zhì）水(防腐水)循環使用，(氣源用戶自備)。

配高低壓水泵，小口徑閥門（mén）測試台壓力表顯示，讀（dú）數MPa,精（jīng）度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測試機兩側（cè）接進氣接口和24V電源插板（bǎn）。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test.

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves) 

It fits the high and low pressure water pump, pressure meter displays, reading MPa precision 1.5 grade.
