小口徑閥門測（cè）試台--YF-FQ型焊接沉水（shuǐ）式焦作閥門試壓機是羅浮閥門集團浙江焦作西高泵閥有限公司在多年生（shēng）產閥門檢測設備的基礎上，為解決（jué）鍛鋼閥門製造廠、閥門使用等（děng）單位（wèi）對無（wú）法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門和法蘭（lán）式各種類閥門能在（zài）一個測試機上進（jìn）行檢測（cè）試驗的要求，按照《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和閥門的試驗（yàn）與（yǔ）檢測的標準規範要求，設計製造頂壓式閥門打壓機。

羅浮閥（fá）門集團浙（zhè）江西高泵閥有（yǒu）限（xiàn）公司生產的小口徑閥門測試台集液壓、機電，試壓（yā）及（jí）液體介（jiè）質（zhì）貯存循環使用一體（tǐ），具有結構合理、功能（néng）完善、操作方（fāng）便等特點。小口徑閥門（mén）測試台產品廣泛應用（yòng）公稱通徑DN15-100mm各類高中低壓閥門的強度（dù）試壓和密封性能試驗。更高密（mì）封試驗壓力32.0MPa.強（qiáng）度試驗48.0MPa.

小口徑閥門測試台適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法（fǎ）蘭式、焊接式、內外螺（luó）紋式鍛（duàn）鋼等閥門的壓力（lì）性能試驗。

小口徑閥門測試機主要結構，軸（zhóu）向頂壓壓緊 

使用介質水(防腐水)循環使用，(氣源用（yòng）戶自備)。

配高低壓水泵，小口徑閥門測試台壓力表顯示，讀數MPa,精度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測試機兩側接進（jìn）氣接口和24V電源（yuán）插板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test. 

The main structures: axial press tight downwards, radial advance and retreat, working plate advance and retreat, upwards press tight 

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves) 

It fits the high and low pressure water pump, pressure meter displays, reading MPa precision 1.5 grade. 

It sets the trial pressure safe protection device.
