小口徑閥門測試台--YF-FQ型焊接沉水式黑龍江閥（fá）門試壓機是羅浮閥門集團浙江黑龍江西高泵閥有限公司在多年生產閥門檢測設備的基礎上，為解決（jué）鍛鋼閥門製造廠、閥門使用等單位對無法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門和法蘭式各種類閥門能在一個測試機上進行檢測試驗的要求，按照《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和閥門的試驗與檢測的標（biāo）準規範要求，設計製造頂壓式閥門（mén）打（dǎ）壓機。

羅浮閥門集（jí）團（tuán）浙江西高泵閥有限公司（sī）生（shēng）產的小口徑閥門測試台集液壓、機電，試壓及液體介質（zhì）貯存（cún）循環使用（yòng）一體，具有結構合理、功能完善、操（cāo）作方便等特點（diǎn）。小口徑閥門測試台產品廣泛應用公稱通徑DN15-100mm各類高中低（dī）壓閥門的強度試壓和密封性（xìng）能試驗。更高密封試驗壓力（lì）32.0MPa.強度試驗48.0MPa.

小口（kǒu）徑閥門測試台適用於小（xiǎo）口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接（jiē）式、內外螺紋式鍛（duàn）鋼（gāng）等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

小口徑閥門測試機主要結（jié）構，軸向頂壓壓（yā）緊（jǐn） 

使（shǐ）用介質水(防腐水)循環使用，(氣源用戶自備)。 

使用介質（zhì）水(防腐水)循環使用，(氣源用戶自備)。

配高低壓水泵，小口徑閥門測試台壓（yā）力表（biǎo）顯示，讀數MPa,精度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測試機兩側接進氣（qì）接口和24V電（diàn）源插板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test.

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves)
