小口徑閥門測試台--YF-FQ型（xíng）焊接沉水（shuǐ）式船營閥門試壓機是羅浮閥門集團浙江船營西高泵閥有限公司在多年生產閥門檢測設備的基礎上，為解決（jué）鍛鋼（gāng）閥門製造廠（chǎng）、閥門使用等單位對無法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門和法蘭式（shì）各種類（lèi）閥門能在（zài）一個測試機上進行檢測試驗的要（yào）求，按照《通用閥門的壓力試驗（yàn）》和閥門（mén）的試（shì）驗與檢（jiǎn）測的標準（zhǔn）規範要求，設計製造頂壓式閥門打壓機。

羅浮閥門集團浙江西高泵（bèng）閥有限公司生產的小口徑閥門測試台（tái）集液壓、機電，試壓及液體介質（zhì）貯存循環（huán）使用一體，具有結構合理（lǐ）、功（gōng）能完善（shàn）、操作方便等特點。小（xiǎo）口徑（jìng）閥門測試台產（chǎn）品廣泛應用公稱通徑DN15-100mm各類高中低（dī）壓閥門的強度試壓和密封性能（néng）試驗。更高密封試驗壓力32.0MPa.強度（dù）試驗48.0MPa.

小（xiǎo）口徑閥門測試台適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式（shì）、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥（fá）門的壓力性能試驗。

使用介質水(防腐水)循環使用，(氣源用戶自備)。 

使（shǐ）用介質水(防（fáng）腐水)循環使（shǐ）用，(氣源用戶自備)。

配高低壓水泵，小口徑閥門測試台壓力表顯示（shì），讀數MPa,精度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測（cè）試機兩側（cè）接進氣（qì）接口（kǒu）和24V電源插板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test.

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves) 

It fits the high and low pressure water pump, pressure meter displays, reading MPa precision 1.5 grade.
